Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the Concierge counter on Level 3 between 10am and 9:30pm.
Physical receipt must be presented at the point of redemption.
Receipts that are stamped “redeemed” cannot be reused and are not valid for other redemptions.
Only original POS system generated receipts issued from stores at i12 Katong will be accepted for redemption.  Credit card/NETS charge slips, handwritten, duplicate or reprinted receipt(s) will not be accepted.
Limited to 1 redemption per member per day.
Shopping vouchers will be issued randomly and must be accepted as they are; no exchanges will be allowed.
Redemption is available while stocks last and is on a first come, first served basis.
